Personal Training

Connie has spent years better understanding what a critical role fitness and health plays in her life. Between figure skating, dancing, and modeling a healthy lifestyle was always necessary to achieve her goals.

Connie has worked though it all to overcome the stereotype of what size a skater or model should be. There is no perfect weight, size, or height for an athlete. She strives to help her clients grow, find self love and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Connie is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer. She utilizes the NASM, Optimism Performance Training (OPT) model day to day with her clients as well as her skaters.

Connie creates personalized plans based on scientific, and evidence based research. This model of training works perfect to help individuals improve all functional abilities, including flexibility, core stabilization, balance, strength, power, and cardiorespiratory endurance.
